DESCRIPTION

"Venice - Casanova" is the artwork of the

"Made in Italy" tribute project

to the city of Venice and its carnival.

On the Rialto Bridge I have depicted famous Venetian and non-Venetian figures,

art critics and famous faces of music

and Italian television.

I wanted to create this artwork on the occasion of my themed exhibition at the "Venice Art Gallery" in Venice.

The pure Ben-Day Dots

Roy Lichtenstein style is the protagonist

absolute in memory of this

great exponent of pop art.

In choosing the characters

in the foreground I still don't lose

once the opportunity to catapult myself

with memories and with imagination,

in all those 60's Marvel comics

which I started reading as a child

and designed by the great John Romita Sr..
