DESCRIPTION

"Milano - The Madonnina" is the artwork

of the "Made in Italy" project that I dedicate

to the most European city in our country.

About this artwork, from the graphics

reminiscent of the MARVEL comics of the 60s,

the Madonnina of Milan triumphs,

the Cathedral and the red cross of the city's banner.

The statue placed on the top of the Milan Cathedral comes to life, comes down to the street,

and with expressive concern, like a mother towards her children, she gives protection to the hard-working inhabitants of Milan.

So "The Madonnina" of my artwork together with the city that never sleeps,

become City and superheroine of one of the many American comics from the 60s that I read and loved as a kid.
